Molecular mass and isoelectric point (pI) of mature proteins were calculated using the “compute pI/MW” Expasy tool (http://web.expasy.org/compute_pi/)

Intensity values correspond to log2 of summed XIC (extracted ion current) of all isotope clusters associated to the corresponded protein and are given as median of quintuplicates. The iBAQ values were also log2-transformed and their relative standard deviation was ≤ 1.1 %

Coverage values correspond to the percentage of the protein sequence that is covered by the identified peptides
