Role of CREB in survival of TRAF3−/− B cells. (A and B) TRAF3−/− mouse primary B cells were transfected with siRNA targeting CREB and control siRNA for 24 h. Samples were analyzed for protein expression with Western blotting (A). Cell viability was determined using propidium iodide staining and normalized to survival after electroporation. Graph depicts mean values ± SEM. n = 6 transfections from two independent experiments. Student’s t test was used to evaluate differences for statistical significance (****P < 0.0001).
