Western blots were probed for CREB and TRAF2. Lanes labeled IgG indicate samples were precipitated with isotype control Ab. Data are representative of two independent experiments. (B) WT and TRAF3^−/− B cells were stained with anti-TRAF2 Ab and TRAF2 localization was assayed with immunofluorescence confocal microscopy. DAPI staining was used to identify nuclei. IgG control is also included. Representative images from one of three independent experiments are shown.
