Arabidopsis protoplasts were transformed with GFP-NHL6 plasmid and incubated in dark at 23°C for 12 h. Protoplasts were then treated with 50 μM ABA, 0.3 M NaCl or 0.4 M mannitol for 1 h. Bar = 20μm.
