B) LYVE-1/CD11b co-labeling during lymphangiogenesis in the rat mesentery tissue stimulated by chronic inflammation. Cellular extensions from interstitial cells (asterisks) toward the lymphatic vessel support the ability for macrophages to interact with and become lymphatic endothelial cells.
