(a) 3T3-L1 cells were treated with subfractions at concentrations (10 μg/mL) for 8 days. (b) The active subfraction (Fr.6) were treated at various concentrations (0.3–30 μg/mL) for 8 days. The lipid accumulation in the 3T3-L1 adipocytes was quantified by measuring absorbance. (c) The lipid accumulation was measured using Oil Red O straining. Orlistat (20 μM) was used as the positive control. (d) The cell viability was measured using the MTT assay.
