(B) CD19⁺ popliteal lymph nodes B cells were assessed for H2-K^b-SIINFEKL and CD86 expression with specific antibodies 3 days after infection with EV/NP-S-GFP. (C) CD19⁺ splenic B cells were assessed H2-K^b-SIINFEKL and CD86 expression 7 days after infection with EV/NP-S-GFP or from uninfected naïve B cells.
