Structures of SN79 and CM764. CM764 is a novel derivative of the well-characterized sigma-2 antagonist SN79. Addition of an amine to the fluorophenyl ring of SN79 results in CM764. Synthesis of CM764 was described previously (McCurdy et al., 2014). The stability of CM764 was examined using the methods described in the Supplemental Material (Supplemental Figs. 1–4). CM764 was found to be stable under the experimental conditions described herein.
