Macrophages in WT and SNX10 KO mice were depleted by clodronate-liposomes (Clo) and then reconstituted with SNX10−/− or WT BMDMs (KOMϕ, WTMϕ), respectively. PBS-liposomes (PBS) were used as the control. (A) Body weight changes of WT and SNX10−/− mice in each group on day 6 and day 7 after DSS-induction. (B) Fecal occult blood of WT and SNX10 KO mice in each group at day 7 after DSS-induction was scored. (C) Representative images of colon.
