Transwell assays demonstrated that LRG1 was capable of increasing cell migration abilities in HCC cells. A. Cells with or without LRG1 overexpression were seeded into transwells and cultured with medium without FBS for 48 h. Migrated cells were stained with 0.05% crystal violet and counted under microscope. B. Migration assays were repeated using cells with or without LRG1 knockdown. Data were representative of three independent experiments. Values were expressed as mean ± SEM (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01).
