Montages images of horizontal (A and B) and vertical (C and D) vitreous-retina-choroid cross-sectional images in a normal subject. Images of (A and C) were obtained from conventional OCT scans. Images of (B and D) were from the use of EDI technique. Choroidal cross-sectional images clearly depict anatomy from the macula to the periphery (B and D). In the more peripheral scans, the curvature of the eye appears diminished because of typical peripheral optical aberration (C).
