(b) The topology in the left was the phylogenetic tree of the cupressophyte inferred from the matrices of chloroplast DNA locally collinear blocks. The number of rearrangements leading to a clade was shown above the branch. A22 indicates the common ancestor of Cephalotaxaceae, Taxaceae, and Cupressaceae, and A25 indicates the common ancestor of Cupressaceae. The green arrows in the right denote trnQ-UUG gene. The direction of the arrows denotes the relative direction of trnQ-UUG gene. The regions between the two slashes indicate the omitted gene.
