In vitro immune response after immunization with DC-based vaccines pulsed with HHP-treated TC-1 or TRAMP-C2 tumor cells. Mice were immunized two times in a 2-week interval with 2×10⁶ DC pulsed with HHP-treated TC-1 or TRAMP-C2 tumor cells.
