The effect of immunization with DC-based vaccines pulsed with HHP-treated TC-1 or TRAMP-C2 tumor cells. Mice (8 mice per group) were two times s.c. immunized in a 2-week interval with 2×10⁶ DC pulsed with HHP-treated TC-1 or TRAMP-C2 tumor cells (A). Ten days after the second immunization, mice were challenged with 5×10⁴ TC-1 (B) or 1×10⁶ TRAMP-C2 (C) tumor cells. Tumor growth (left panel) and the percentage of tumor-free mice (Kaplan-Maier plot) (right panel) are shown; ^*P<0.05 vs. control (analysis of variance). The experiments were repeated twice with similar results.
