The different effect of human umbilical cord‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUC‐MSCs) on CD4+ T cells. CD4+ T cells were stimulated with anti‐CD3/CD28 beads in the presence or absence of hUC‐MSCs. (a) Interferon (IFN)‐γ and transforming growth factor (TGF)‐β were measured in the supernatant.
