Read-out images of IPs covering the substrates with (a) several smectite species, (b) ferruginous smectite (SWa-1) and several mineral species other than smectite, (c) WB and SWa-1. Four particles were arranged on the substrates for each mineral species. The radioactivity input to the solution was 1.85 Bq and the reaction period was 24 hours.
