Characterization of dequenching particles. (A) Coverslip-bound VSV pseudotyped with EBOV GPΔMuc displays high incorporation of mNG-P and GP, as indicated by KZ52-AF555 binding. Individual channels are pseudocolored white for greater visibility. DiD labeling was carried out so that the DiD signal remained visible when self-quenched.
