Hypervascular tumors showed increased AUC and washout log slope in the signal intensity time curve as compared to hypovascular tumors. Pharmacokinetic variables (Ktrans and Vp) did not differ between the two pathologies. Glioblastoma and melanoma did not differ from each other in all four parameters.
