YY-23 showed features as a non-competitive antagonist of the NMDA receptor. (A) YY-23 (3 μmol/L) inhibited the currents induced by different concentrations of NMDA with different extents in a representative neuron. (B) The dose-response curve of normalized pooled data was constructed from the results of four neurons, and the maximal current showed approximately 50% reduction in the presence of YY-23 (3 μmol/L).
