Variation of the fraction of T = 3 and T = 4 capsids with NaCl concentration for 90- min assembly reactions. Initial dimer concentrations are 2 µM for reactions in 0.5, 0.7, and 1 M NaCl and 4.0 µM in 0.3 M NaCl. Products from all reactions are measured by resistive-pulse sensing in 1 M NaCl. Each data point represents three reactions, and error bars are ±σ. Total counts are > 3000 capsids for each salt concentration.
