(a–c) HTR-8/SVneo cells (10 × 10⁴ cells/well) were cultured in 0, 25, 50, or 100% hUCMSC or hFF supernatant in medium for 48 hours. (d–f) HTR-8/SVneo cells (10 × 10⁴ cells/well) were cocultured with hUCMSCs or hFFs at a concentration of 0, 2.5, 5, or 10 × 10⁴ cells/well in 6-well Transwell plates for 48 hours.
