(A) Raw264.7 cells were transiently transfected with PAMM or PAMMC88G expression plasmids or control plasmid. After 24 h, transfected cells were treated with or without 400 µM of H2O2 for 2 h. The GSH–GSSG ratio was measured in the cytosolic fraction from these cells. Data represent mean± S.D., n = 3, **P <0.001 compared with control group. (B) The transfected cells were stimulated with or without 1 µg/ml of LPS for 8 h. Relative mRNA levels of IL-6, IL-1β and iNOS were detected by QPCR. Data represent mean ± S.D., n = 3, **P <0.001 compared with control group.
