P1 is the result of one-way analysis of variance; t and P2 are the results of paired t test between right and left side of basal ganglia. P1 < 0.05 means that there was no significant difference between the groups of these parameters. P2 > 0.05 means that there was no significant difference between the right side and left side in basal ganglia of these parameters. CA – caudate nucleus, GP – globus pallidus, PU – putamen, TH – thalamus. R is short for right side and L is left side.
