Using mean CBF_V. CBF_V should be measured at baseline, and at 1, 5, and 10 min of tilt.

^aAt each measurement, assign the value 0 for normal results. Abnormal results are defined as CBF_V less than normal limit. Normal limit is defined as follows:

At 1 min: normal decline in CBF_V ≥ 90% of baseline. Assign 1 for CBF_V 80–89% of baseline, 2 for 70–79% of baseline, and 3 for <70% of baseline.

At 5 min: normal decline in CBF_V ≥ 89% of baseline. Assign 1 for CBF_V 79–88% of baseline, 2 for 69–78% of baseline, and 3 for <69% of baseline.

At 10 min: normal decline in CBF_V ≥ 86% of baseline. Assign 1 for CBF_V 77–85% of baseline, 2 for 67–76% of baseline, and 3 for <67% of baseline. Total score is obtained by sum of all scores. Revised after (Novak, 2015).
