(A) The efficiencies of the anti-let-7 construct and anti-miR-210 construct in the C6/36 cells were tested. The constructs were able to decrease the levels of mature miRNAs of the let-7 and miR-210, as determined by real-time PCR. Error bars, SD (n = 3). (B) The efficiency of the anti-let-7 construct, and anti-miR-210 was detected in larvae. The construct downregulated the mature miRNAs of the let-7 andmiR-210 from the basal levels observed in the control cells, as determined via real-time PCR. Asterisks indicate that the differences reached the 0.05 significance level, and two asterisks indicate the 0.001 significance level.
