Sequence alignment and conserved domain analysis of BnGLYI. (A) Multiple sequence alignment of the deduced AA sequence of the GLYI cDNA clone from B. napus with previously reported GLYI sequences. The sequences were aligned using the DNAMAN program. SlGLYI: from Solanum lycopersicum (Accession no. Z48183), AtGLYI2: from Arabidopsis thaliana (Accession no. KT720495); BnGLYI-2: from B. napus 2682 (Accession no. KT720496). (B) Conserved domain analysis of BnGLYI. GLYI has a requirement for bound metal ions for catalysis.
