Responses of perturbed ESSt population to dynamic resource peaks. All parameters as in Video 2 except that each individual’s value of ${\psi }_0$ parameter is lowered so that the population mean $⟨{\psi }_0⟩=0.4$. Note swarms of individuals form in regions of the environment that are far from resource peaks. Individuals explore poorly and therefore have low fitnesses.
