(A) PC14PE6 cells were treated with 10 μM XAV939 for 24 h and then whole cell lysates were prepared with RIPA buffer. The expression level of β-catenin and USP4 was determined by Western blot. (B–C) Metastatic potential including invasion (B) and migration (C: wound closure) was determined as described in the Materials and Methods.
