The HA tagged C-terminal (A-C) and N-terminal (D-F) domains of CDK13 were expressed in HeLa cells. Localization of the truncated CDK13 proteins (A, D) and nucleolin (B,E) were detected using rabbit anti-HA and mouse anti-nucleolin antibodies respectively. Scale bar: 5μm.
