The gray lines connecting each rectangle indicate the absence of amino acid blocks in some variants. The three blocks on the left are encoded by pe-38-like-2 (ORF007), where the block 2 is the RING Finger domain. The blocks from 4 to 15 are encoded by pe-38-like-1 (ORF006), and the Leucine Zipper motifs are located within the blocks 5, 6, and 7, which in turn correspond to a direct repeat (dr3).
