Oncolytic activity of Ad6-Luc and PEGylated Ad6-Luc in immunocompetent hamsters bearing HaK tumors. HaK tumors were inoculated subcutaneously into Syrian hamsters and groups of four animals were treated by single intravenous injection by the jugular vein. 1.5 × 1011 vp of unmodified or 5 kDa PEGylated Ad6-Luc was injected equaling the 1.2 × 1012 vp/kg dose used in DU145 and LNCaP tumor-bearing mice.
