Cells in which Sec21 had been anchored to mitochondria were imaged by dual-color 4D confocal microscopy to visualize the dynamics of the early Golgi marker GFP-Vrg4 and the late Golgi marker Sec7-DsRed. Scattered light images were recorded in the blue channel. Complete Z-stacks were collected every 2 s for 15 min, and the data were deconvolved, bleach corrected, and average projected.
