Differentiation of HEL cells showed increased metabolic labeling of N-sialoglycan. Non-treated or PMA-treated HEL cells were metabolically labeled with 30 μm Ac₄ManNAc or Ac₄ManNAz. The resulting cells were incubated with 100 μm S-DIBO-Biotin and the denatured cell lysates further treated with or without PNGase F. Samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE and WB analysis using an HRP-conjugated anti-biotin antibody. A representative image from four independent experiments is shown.
