BMDM cells from WT mouse were stimulated with 5 ng/ml of IFN-γ (A) or 20 ng/ml TNF-α (B) in presence of 200 ng/ml of PGRN, as indicated, for 24 hrs. Levels of CXCL9 and CXCL10 mRNA were measured by quantitative PCR. The data shown are representative of three independent experiments. One-way ANOVA was used for statistical analysis (**p < 0.01).
