BMDM cells were stimulated with 5 ng/ml IFN-γ (A) or 20 ng/ml TNF-α (B) in presence of 200 ng/ml of PGRN for 72 hrs. The cell culture mediums were collected to measure CXCL9 and CXCL10 release by ELISA kit. The data shown are representative of three independent experiments. One-way ANOVA was used for statistical analysis (**p < 0.01).
