Activation of mTOR, p70, and 4EBP1 proteins in the uterine mesometrial compartment during hypoxia treatment in the rat. There were no differences in mTOR (A) or p70 (B) activation in the uterine mesometrial compartment during maternal hypoxia treatment. In contrast, there was a significant increase in 4EBP1 activation (1.8‐fold; P < 0.05) in the uterine mesometrial compartment of treated rats when compared to controls.
