Phosphorylation of IRF3 was detected by Western blotting. Five independent experiments were performed (n = 5). *P < 0.05. (B) BV‐2 cells were stimulated with LPS (200 ng·mL−1) and different concentrations of (+)‐naltrexone or (+)‐naloxone. After 24 h treatment, IFN‐β in the supernatant was measured by ELISA.
