The subcellular distribution of the CypB deletion mutants. 293T cells transfected with CypB or indicated mutant were fractionated into cytosolic (Cyt), membrane/organelle (Mem), nuclear (Nu), and cytoskeletal/insoluble (In) subcellular fractions. Fractions were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FLAG antibodies. Bottom three panels show control immunoblots for cell fractionation.
