AGRO100 specifically interacts with the NCL recombinant protein. A) FITC-labeled AGRO100 (1.5 μg) were interacted with increasing amounts of ΔrNCL, (lanes 2–6), or with the rGST protein (lane 7). B) Two μg of ΔrNCL (lanes 2–6), were interacted with 30X and 60X unlabeled AGRO100 (lanes 3 and 4 respectively), or unlabeled oligo dT (5, and 6 respectively), previous to the addition of 1.5 μg of FITC-labeled AGRO100.
