Alpha ERD independent component analysis. To facilitate comparison of EEG results with our previously published results (Lenartowicz et al., 2014), we also calculated ERSPs and alpha ERD using the ICA approach described in that published report. We identified an independent component cluster with occipital spatial distribution (left), that showed alpha ERD for both ADHD (middle plot) and TD (right plot) participants, comparable with the channel analysis reported here (c.f. Fig. 3).
