Rich backbone fragmentation spectra of the active-site phosphopeptides (AVNSS81TIFELGS88VS90K91) carry Ser phosphosites on Ser-81 (A), Ser-88 (B), and Ser-90 (C). The m/z values and relative intensities of the measured fragment signals are shown. The b- and y-ion series are almost complete and labeled in blue and red, respectively.
