Entolimod-stimulated induction of CXCR3 chemokines in BALB/c mice. BALB/c mice were injected (subcutaneously) with PBS (0 h) or entolimod on day 5 after intrasplenic CT26 tumor cell inoculation. Total protein lysates were prepared from livers and plasma samples collected at the indicated time points. Chemokine levels in lysates were measured by ELISA and normalized per µg total liver protein (liver) or per milliliter plasma. Data are represented as mean ± SEM. P values were determined by Student’s t test. *P < 0.02 for comparison with 0 h (PBS-treated control).
