Genes altered by >1.5-fold in the colon of APC^Min/+ mice as compared to wild-type mice, and the effects of daily treatment for one week with naproxen or ATB-346. Fold-change values represent direction of change from the first listed condition to the second. During the 6^th week of age, mice were treated with vehicle, naproxen at a dose of 10 mg/kg, or ATB-346 at an equimolar dose.
