Genomic profiling of Staphylococcus aureus isolates on shopping baskets. Forty‐six S. aureus isolates were resolved by multilocus sequence typing into 10 clonal complexes. A dendrogram was constructed from the pairwise differences in their allelic profiles. Results of PCR assays for toxin and antibiotic resistance genes are summarized to the right of the cluster.
