The mice were intravenously injected with the C6/Lung cells (1.75 × 10⁵) followed by the treatment with 2CP (n = 21), CDDP (2.5 mg/kg, n = 22), 2CP + CDDP (n = 23), or vehicle control (n = 21) as described in the Materials and Methods. The survival of the animals was recorded and the data were analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier survival curve and log rank test.
