(B) Plaque permeability is reduced with PPACK-NP treatment by 33% compared to saline (p=0.023) and control NP treatments (p=0.014). (C) Sudan IV staining of the aortic arch of saline and PPACK-NP treated mice demonstrates a 20.69% decrease in gross plaque deposition with PPACK-NP treatment vs. saline treatment (p=0.03) as quantified with ImageJ.
