Mean of diet variables represent the sum scores of the frequencies (per week) of consumption of specific aliments. The mean of inactivity represent the frequency of exercising per week. The mean of smoking represent the number of cigarettes per day. The mean of alcohol variable represents a product of frequency and quantity of alcohol consumption.
