Results of GLM analysis applied to the % of hatching cysts in relation to temperature (25 °C, 29 °C), population (APOD = A. parthenogenetica from Odiel; AF = A. franciscana) and As concentration (mg L−1). Coefficients for AF and 29 °C are not included because they would be redundant (i.e. they are aliased), but they are effectively zero. The GLM used a normal error distribution and an identity link. Partial eta-squared values (η2) are presented as a measure of effect sizes.
