Post-scan questionnaire. Ratings on a seven-point scale of HSR and LSR traits from the ‘self’ condition after the scanning session, ranging from 1 = very angry, 4 = indifferent, 7 = very happy. A main effect of reward was found (Mixed-design ANOVA, F1,28 = 269.3, **P < 0.0001), and a group × reward interaction (F1,28 = 13.77, P < 0.001).
