Infection of Jurkat cells with HIV-1 induced PKCθ phosphorylation at T538. Phosphorylation of PKCθ at T538 in Jurkat E6-1 infected with the infectious clone NL4-3_wt for 7 days (A) were analyzed by confocal microscopy and compared with uninfected cells (B).
